Production

  • All products are manufactured after your order is placed.

 

  • Estimated production time is 2–7 business days, depending on the product and current demand.

 

  • During peak seasons or holidays, production times may be extended.

Shipping

  • Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

 

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected.

 

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped, when available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers.
  • Customs clearance.
  • Weather conditions.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Since all products are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications once production has begun.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you before production starts.

Returns and Refunds

Because our products are custom-made through a Print on Demand process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size, color, or product selection made by the customer.
  • Personal preference.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • You receive the wrong item.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the product.
  • A description of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we may offer:

  • A replacement at no additional cost.
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Size and Color Disclaimer

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and the printing process.

Personalized Products

Personalized or custom-designed products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain an error on our part.
